Beautifully marbled, incredibly flavorful, and extremely rich. We used half of the steak to make a tartar with fried capers, shallots, chives, and a tarragon moutarde and simply seared the other half dressed with a little cracked pepper and fleur de sel. Paired with a glass of champagne and some caviar - it's pretty much the best date night ever!
premium grade is right. one of the best steak dinners we've ever had. highly recommend!

WOW!!!! Holy moly! Def A5 grade. At first i thought it was a bit pricy comparing to what i had seen online but it was def worth it. I ordered a half pound of ribeye and a half a pound striploin. Both were amazing. So easy to cook. Didnt use any oil at all. The meat's marbeling is perfect and it cook real nice and fast. Put some wasabi on it and jesus was i in heaven!
I got the Wagyu as part of a birthday surprise for my husband. It went along my surprise 5-course fine-dining experience - brought to our cozy little home. It included several items from Dorasti - steak, pasta, uni, and caviar extravaganza. It was divine in every sense of the word. I had only had Dorasti caviar before and loved every single bite so I decided to try out their other products because I needed a win with my hubs, and it went ABOVE & BEYOND. What I HIGHLY recommend is, do your research on how to cook Wagyu because it is not like any other steak. It is some next-level amazingness. Trust me, it'll be worth the extra 3 minutes on YouTube!
