Shipping Fee and Destinations
For our online retail customers, we currently provide Free Shipping within the United States, except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S Virgin Islands. Clients from Hawaii and Alaska may contact us directly at email@example.com shipping inquiries. We may be able to accommodate a shipping solution for these clients based on a case by case basis.
Our mission is to ascertain our customers receive the freshest and highest in quality products without compromise. We thoroughly examine each product's quality standards before shipping to our clients' destinations. As a result, we use Next-Day Express delivery couriers such as FedEx and UPS. This way, the product's integrity isn't depreciated or compromised during the time in transit. All online orders will receive a tracking number so that clients are aware of their shipping status. Our sealed and curated boxes are designed to keep the items fresh during the time in transit. Packages are marked with red or orange "Perishable" signs to ensure recipients can identify and refrigerate their items as soon as they are received.
Shipping and Delivery Times
For any orders received between Monday-Thursday before 11 AM PST, customers will have their items shipped the same day for Next-Day delivery by UPS or FedEx. Any order received after 11 AM that cannot be processed and shipped the same day will be shipped the next business days. Any orders received on Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day if Monday is a national holiday. For any special requests for Saturday delivery, we encourage customers to contact Dorasti at firstname.lastname@example.org. In which case, Dorasti reserves the right to charge the client an additional shipping fee for Saturday delivery service.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges.
All sales on any perishable items are finalwith no refunds. We do not accept responsibility nor provide refunds on any perishable item(s) (i.e caviar, truffles, sea urchin) not collected at the time of arrival, were left out of refrigeration once they were delivered, or due to negligence and lack of care.
Every package will have tracking info. We encourage customers to anticipate their product delivery time frame. Since we use third party couriers such as FedEx or UPS, we also cannot guarantee that an item will be received on the exact time frame as anticipated. During these rare instances (acts of God, extreme weather, interrupted shipping times, or natural disasters that cause shipping delays), we may provide customers an exchange of the same product. We encourage our customers to contact us immediately at email@example.com report their exchange requests. Customers must notify Dorasti within 24 hoursof delivery time otherwise forfeit their ability to request an exchange of the item. In such exchange scenarios, we require customers to fully return the defective shipped item(s) to Dorasti. Dorasti will provide shipping labels. Dorasti reserve the right to deny any exchanges in instances where we are not able to retrieve the damaged product returned to us in a timely manner and reserve the right to charge you for the item(s) not returned after sending exchanged replacements. Customers will have three business days from the time the returned shipping label was provided to them by Dorasti to return the damaged items. Otherwise, the damaged item is considered consumed, and Dorasti reserves the right to charge the client's account for sending out replacements and not receiving the damaged items.
